1. Intellectual Property Rights

WePegasus respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on our website infringes upon your intellectual property, please notify us immediately.

2. Filing a Complaint

To file an IPR complaint, send an email to info@wepegasus.com with the following details: a description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe is being infringed, the URL or location of the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was mistakenly removed due to an IPR complaint, you may submit a counter-notice with supporting documentation. We will review and respond within 14 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
