You agree to provide accurate information when using our services, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and not misuse our platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payment & Refunds

Fees for services are communicated at the time of engagement. Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements. No refunds will be issued for partially completed services unless otherwise stated.

WePegasus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
